This is a festive way to serve a crowd and is easy to prepare.

Our clambake is cooked outside on a grill and will include Dungeness crab, clams, mussels, potatoes & corn. Once our clambakes is done,

we'll sit down & feast. Come Hungry!

Head south of the border and enter the mouth-watering world of tamales! Tamales are hand-held delicacies --envelopes of masa with a savory or sweet filling, wrapped in a corn husk or banana leaves and steamed.We'll fill, fold, and steam our tamales to perfection.
While the tamales are cooking we'll prepare delicious sauces and salsas to accompany the tamales. If you don't come with a friend you'll surely make one as this is a really fun group project! and everyone will take some home.
