In 2006 nine adventurous shoreline dwellers from Bainbridge Island teamed up with Puget Sound Restoration Fund to begin gardening on their tidelands. Since the initial shellfish installations in 2006 they have successfully planted a total of 30 gardens around the island. shellfish gardeners have are sending reports of their “absolutely fabulous clams, mussels and oysters.”

Literary Agent

Martin Literary Management

Sharlene Martin is the consummate professional literary agent. Sharlene not only helped me land a contract with my first choice of publisher, she brilliantly negotiated my contract  getting me a two book deal! (a miracle in the current publishing climate) If your a writer looking for an agent Sharlene's the best. (just don't go to her with ideas) She has represented several New York Times bestselling books- Considerate Literary Management for the 21st Century is her motto and you can count on it. (she's also lots of fun)

Books
Most, if not all of these books can be found on Amazon used often for $0.01
(yes, a penny) plus $3.99 shipping. My favorite way to buy books.
