Island Cooking offers cooking classes in a relaxed, festive environment for everyone, from beginners to seasoned cooks. We supply all the ingredients and serve you wine to sip as you begin your culinary adventure. You will leave every class with new techniques, recipes, and ideas.

All classes are hands-on using top-quality, local, and seasonal ingredients. Class size is limited to 12 individuals. It is a group effort which makes for a lot of fun & lively interaction. After all the chopping, whisking and simmering, we'll sit down and enjoy the meal we've created and toast our efforts.

Summer is a perfect time for entertaining, and a very fun way to entertain     

is the great American clambake. This one-pot meal can serve a crowd     
and is easy to prepare. Our clambake will be cooked outside on a grill.    
and will include crab,clams,mussels,potatoes & corn. Come hungry!!
